Brian is AMAZING. Some of the best energy from an agent that I’ve ever experienced. Was able to take me to every single showing that I requested & wanted to go to. For the showings I was unable to make he took NYU film school quality videos of the place! Able to ask every question that I could think of to the listing agent before I even thought of them. Working with Brian Coles was amazing from day one. He has incredible communication skills and never stops following up with the landlord’s agent until the deal is done. His eye for great apartments is spot on—he always picks places with plenty of sunshine, beautiful views, and a great overall vibe.

He actually got us our apartment on the very first offer, even though we're newcomers here in Canada, which still blows my mind. On top of that, he went the extra mile by visiting the apartment himself and filming a super detailed video—not just of the place, but also of the neighborhood—so we could really get a feel for it before even visiting in person. His videography skills are top-notch!

I would just like to take the time to share my experience with Brian Cole’s. He was so amazing and in such a short time from looking to rent to looking to purchase, we made the switch all in about three weeks or so, and I got my property that I wanted, it was my dream property and Brian did not quit even when I felt like I was giving up.
